  I do not recommend taking your vehicle here to be serviced unless you like to be scammed. They tried to charge me for a part that isn't broke. They told me that the part might break when the technician is working on something else. They tried charging me an additional $500 for a $30 part. This was all before they even started working on my vehicle. Make sure you get a detailed list of everything before you say yes to any repairs! They will try to scam you! My service technician was Andrew Vost. Do not talk to him, he will try to squeeze more unnecessary money out of you!

  Took my Jeep here for a warranty issue. (Before being told there’s no record of me: the service work was under my fiancé’s name.) They were quick to respond and professional during the scheduling process. The estimate was completed promptly, and I had my Jeep back within a week, which was appreciated. However, they attempted to charge my warranty—and then me—an additional $500 on top of my deductible for potential damage their technician might cause. This was not for a part that was already damaged. We had to call this out. When we spoke with the manager, his response was, “The best I can do is waive the labor cost.” No. If your technician may potentially damage a part during repair, that liability does not fall on the customer. I am not responsible for paying for damage that had not occurred and would have been caused by their technician. Then when we went to pick our vehicle up, not a single person was friendly. Probably because we called out their attempt to cheat us and practically steal $500 from us.

  Highly recommend Walker CDJR if you're in the market for a vehicle. I'm based in Lafayette, so purchasing a vehicle some two hours out can be intimidating. My dealer Kaitlyn LaFleur responded to me promptly, sent videos and pictures to ease my mind, and made the buying process straightforward and painless. They were also able to provide me an 'out-the-door' price, which they stood by upon arrival. Greatly appreciate the professionalism of Walker. If you're in the market for a vehicle, ask for Kaitlyn and check them out!

  We are really frustrated with the service department. We had RAM care and was promised 3 free oil changes when we bought the vehicle through RAM with an expiration date. Even had a free one here few months ago and had until end of September left on RAM care that I can pull up and prove. Come today wait hour and half then get charged 65$. They did really have much to say but sorry that they don’t do free oil changes with RAM care anymore. Wouldn’t give me any reason why they didn’t tell me this upfront other than it didn’t pull up until we got ready for check out. They could have told me it wasn’t going to be free before doing it by checking before hand like I asked. I can change it myself for under 40$ and not have to wait almost two hours. We have had good service from them before slow but overall no problems but the not telling me before when I had asked upfront and was told it would pull up just isn’t way to do business. Hitting me with a charge after work is done I had no choice but to pay and got really no response but sorry. I won’t be back but if you choose to come here hold the to giving you price up front even if they say it will be covered.
