- JLJohn Lach3 days ago5.0My air conditioning and my heat in my car went out. Took it to a different mechanic they ordered a part and it wasn't the part to fix it. They misdiagnosed it. I was there for 3 and 1/2 hours and they couldn't figure out the problem. Took my vehicle to Mac customs they figured out the problem within a few minutes. Ordered the part and got me going within 15 minutes after the part arrived. The service and the people there are awesome. Should have taken it there in the first place. They saved me a lot of money. The mechanic shop that couldn't figure out my problem wanted way more from the start but couldn't figure out what was going on. Highly recommend if you need anything done to your vehicle. I wasted 2 days at another shop and they couldn't figure out the problem. Mac Automotive got me going in no time.
