They sold my car with ZERO notice. The manger Sean sold my car and never provided me with the tracking number for the certified mail that he said was sent shortly after it was impounded. I NEVER signed for any certified mail during the time or had anything in my mail box about it. I even called trying to see how much it was and if we could make some type of deal that was agreed upon but I needed to fully secure the funds. I never got the opportunity to come back and fulfill it because Sean sold my car and never even tried to reach out to me, we both have each other phone number he never contacted me. I will be taking legal action against you all for the fraudulent sale of my vehicle.

$150 to be towed less than a half mile!!! What would it cost to tow it across town? You'd have to take out a loan! πŸ˜‚ When I picked up the receipt today, a man there asked what insurance company I had when he heard me talking about it. I told him I only had liability. The driver knew that day that I was paying for it and not the insurance company! Why should it matter? I guess I was charged the insurance rate! πŸ˜† This place sucks! I should have asked him how much to pull me out of the hole and I'll drive myself around the corner to my house. πŸ˜‚ I looked away from the road for a second this past Wednesday and went off the side of the road. Unfortunately, on the side of the road is a huge hole and my car went down in it. This do gooder lady stopped and was calling the police before I had a chance to. I didn't hit anyone else, I was not hurt and no one was with me. The police safety officer showed up. I explained what happened. He asked me for my license and ins. Then he asked if I had a preference in a towing company. I told him, the cheapest one. He called Dargavell's. The safety officer asked me if I only had liability insurance and I told him yes. That means I'm paying for the tow. It's was going to be $125. I ran off the road right before I got to my house. I could see my street sign. It was less than a half mile. Maybe the tow driver was high. He obviously put down the wrong date. The receipt says the 28th. I know it was the 27th because I got paid that day and was coming home from a doctor's appointment in Lexington that is always on a Wednesday. I got paid that day so I had the money. However, I had done a transfer on Zelle from one bank account to another and it hadn't posted it. The two times I did it before it was instant! So I was really worried and that's the main reason I wasn't paying attention to the road. I'm an only parent of 2 boys (one 13 and the other a severely autistic 17 year old). Money is a big stresser because there is never enough! πŸ˜† Sean, from Dargavell's said he couldn't drop my car off until I had the money so he would take it back to the shop until I did and that was an extra $25.00. So my car was held ransom so I wouldn't rip them off. Rip them off! πŸ˜†. Who got ripped off here? I think the answer would be Me!!! πŸ˜‚. They just wanted that big payday! Who knows, maybe the driver pockets some. He said it had to be cash but their website says they take debit and credit cards. It would have been easier for me to use my bank card. I had to walk to the little store down from my house to use their ATM. They are thieves and you have no choice but to pay it to get your car. He said I was lucky he didn't impound it. πŸ˜†. Avoid this place like the plague! That tow should have been $55 tops. Taking advantage of a woman. I hate businesses that do that!

Extremely RUDE woman answering the phone will certainly hurt your bussiness. i attempted to get a "in town flat rate quote" and explained that i did not want to waste her time or mine giving extra details like addresses car make and model - without first knowing what the flat rate was. I had called many other services this morning and wasted a lot of time giving that info only for them to explain they have a "flat rate in town" and then hourly is factored in. understandably approximated flat rate amounts are always to be expected to fluctuate depending on other details such as time spent or issues while towing. After this ill-mannered woman verbally confirmed that they also use a standard "flat rate in town" , " county rate " and have an hourly amount that they factor in, ect ect , she then refused to give me a simple $ number for the "in town flat rate" for a tow which would have taken less than a hour to knock out. 3.1 miles is a 9 minute drive one way it takes 15-20 and some times less to load a car on the truck... I explained that I was simply getting quotes if she could just give me the number I would call back after discussing it with my family. She became annoyed and hung up the phone. Why is this such a issue to spit out a dollar amount required for this job? Make it make sense. Why be so rude and difficult to a person who was trying to save you and them selves time and brain energy? Food for thought.... Now I've used my time and brain energy to ensure that the rest of Lexington and surrounding counties know exactly who they're dealing with and what to expect when they call this establishment for services. Best of luck.
