However, when I got to the shop not half a mile down the road, it was discovered that 4 of my lug nuts were cross-threaded. What was a simple tire replacement turned into a nearly 3 hour job and an extra price tag for the additional labor. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for what could be a small mistake someone made. My overall experience was good, but this mistake caused significantly more trouble and extra expenses than it should have. :(

Was waiting for another tow truck for an hour and when the driver got there he told me he couldn’t tow my car because of the circumstance, my wheel came off. However a new driver was sent to me and it was Jake from classic towing and with no hesitation he got right on it and took his time and made sure that no other damage happened to my car. Even went the next step to help me get a wheel underneath where my other wheel came off. 5 stars and a life saver if only I could get him every time!! If you’re reading this thank you Jake!!!

I had run out of gas on a busy highway, I was exhausted from a long day and just wanted to get home. AAA said that I had to get back to my vehicle in order for them to help. But Brandon and Brad went above and beyond to take me to my car, put gas in my car, followed me back to the gas station and made sure I stayed safe the whole time. Thank you so much Brandon and Brad, true assets to Classic Towing.
