    Service time was horrible. No courtesy car for over a month. Waited over a week to get car picked up. Somehow the faulty part was not considered power train by dealer even though you had to remove the intake to replace the part leaving me to pay $200 on my warranty instead of it going against your warranty.

    First thing I want to mention is while I was sitting there four salespersons we're laughing and making fun of a trade in someone had brought in to try to trade in after they left.. I don't think they thought I was paying attention. I don't know why I'm writing this because I looked over the other reviews and they don't respond to any of them. Their attitude must be PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID THEY'LL BUY FROM US ANYWAY NO MATTER HOW WE TREAT THEM. I want to start off by saying I understand how this works and depreciation works hoever 45% depreciation for 40 days and 2400 MI on a 14-year-old vehicle 🤔 I bought a truck 2 months ago $12,900... 43 days and 2600 miles later they offered me $7,500 trade in Not a thing different in the truck from the day I took it off the lot other than $2,600 miles... Keep in mind this wasn't a new car that depreciates as soon as you drive it... Then on top of that they try to add $1,000 to the one I was buying cuz I didn't use their financing 🤔 On a $32,000 truck You can tell Brad didn't even want to bring it over when he found out the numbers.. because he knew how much I was getting stuck up the tail. He even apologized and said I don't know why they didn't offer you more than that. Looks like they had a little boy in high school doing the appraisal. At first I thought it was a joke like it was bringing your kid to work day. They could care less how they treat people or they don't pay attention to what their employees are doing and allow anything to go on. Is that how they normally do busine ss Not only this but on the way home I get stopped by law enforcement and find out that my tag is still listed on my old car that I traded into them. Instead of transferring my tag to the new vehicle like they should have. (Something they should know they do sell cars on a regular basis) They sent in the information with the old owners tag and I had been driving around the last 40 plus days on bad tags because they didn't do what they were supposed to do. I was forced to go down to the DMV and buy a new tag and get everything transferred correctly.

    Chris helped me find my dream car and I absolutely love it, great people to work with..Chris made it so much easier for me and my grandpa and sped up the process so everything was quit and easy for everyone! He even gave my grandpa hats (which he collects from everywhere) Definitely will be back here for every car I purchase. And for family vehicles!
