Jason, a service scheduler, provided me with a convenient date for me to bring my unit in and wait while service technicians completed the installation. Charge was reasonable and the topper looks nice and seems to perform well. I enjoyed looking through the camping related items in the store and purchased another item I had been looking for. The employees I met were friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience. I would consider using this service shop for future needs.

We changed our minds on delivery day, and they switched our camper and got it prepped quickly. Sam did our finance and was funny and helpful. We had a bad experience with the lady in service, but her negativity could not stop an overall positive review! The General Manager Ken, made time to include our child, made everyone laugh and made sure the purchase went perfect. My truck ended up with an electrical problem and Ken made sure we were happy and taken care of. We cannot say enough good about the staff at Camping World Georgetown!

I would go else where. We're not using them for any repairs or services for our camper anymore. They dont deserve the money. I wish I would have been warned before buying here.

Weeks later, ten minutes before we leave to drive there and trade our camper, they call to tell us they can only offer us half of what the original trade in value is. This is why the overwhelming opinion of Camping World as a company is utter garbage. Do not, under any circumstance, do business with this or any other Camping World. They're as shady as they come.
