Dealing with the service department has been the worst service experience of my life, and it doesn't even seem like there's anyone there that even cares. Not sure if this typical for other Camping Worlds, but I sure hope not.

The first gentleman we worked with seemed very new and wasn't prepared with information or layout of where the RV's were in the lot that we were going to view. No unit is pre plugged in so we got a tour of the beind the screens when our rep had to go get a battery jump box to be able to open slides of the units. The second gentleman was very knowledgeable with the lot unit layout, prices,and stayed true in showing us what we were looking for.

It was used and I have them a offer that I thought was fair and it was $1800 below asking price and they took it no problem.. I actually had to leave the camper a couple extra days until I got get my truck and go get it and they had no problem with storage on it for those few days. Definitely would purchase another camper in the future from them.. Most likely won't be a new one but as far as used campers go they definitely have great deals when they have them which is not very often I think.

We were approved and were supposed to be doing a quick walk through, because we had spoken to the representee on the phone and he assured us the unit was perfect! All we needed to do was sign the paperwork. When we arrived the unit wasn't ready, so they wanted us to go to lunch while they got it ready because "It wasn't winterized and the hot water tank had frozen". I told them I wanted to at least view the unit before waiting, because now I wasn't sure I wanted a unit they let freeze. They didn't want me to do that, but I flat out said I wasn't going to lunch without putting my eyes on the unit first. Eventually we were given permission, and I found a huge cut in the flooring, 2 foot long. Like it had been cut with a box cutter. There was also a chip on the sofa end table. I couldn't believe it! We asked for our $1000 deposit back and made the long drive home without that unit. Ridiculous waste of our time. AVOID this place! On a side not, last week, we purchased a gently used unit from a private seller in Texas. A great experience and we love our new to us Winnebago Navion.
