On one of our newer cars we noticed a pretty noticeable paint scratch on the left side of the car which looks very similar to a brush rubbing against the surface right when we were detailing the car in the Vacuum cleaning area. We submitted a claim and the manager said that “ it is a machinery, it does happen “ . My intention wasn’t to keep the carwash accountable for the paint damage if it wasn’t done there…highly unlikely that it happened anywhere else. We basically wanted proof that it didn’t happen there , with all the cameras around that facility I was surprised that they couldn’t share with us some of the recordings to prove that it wasn’t their fault. The case manager was rude and sounded like she knew it all, basically told me that they won’t pay for the damage as it’s not their fault when I never asked for that in the first place.
