- TCThanh ChauNov 11, 20251.0What? This location is terrible. I’ll never be back, at least at this location. Firstly, i got confused to find the entrance. That was during the day, it would be a lot worse if that was at night. Secondly, one of the spinning turret didn’t work. Thirdly, my car was off track a little bit. The machine struggled to pull my car forward. Luckily it didn’t scratched my tire and rim, because I read many reviews that they didn’t pay for damages. The employee didn’t guide me properly or the machine is broken just like the spinning turret.

Their dryer does not even come close to drying your car their wash cloths are ALWAYS damp and their customer service is 1000% trash. I have canceled my membership. Good riddance.
