However, the biggest issue is the burnt out employees who no longer stock towels most of the time and do a really careless job with the spray down. They don't clean your wheels at all anymore and I don't have a towel to do it myself after I am done. Hopefully ownership steps up here.

I do not recommend going there to wash your car especially if your car isn't brand new. They made some scratches on my car and gave an excuse that the paint damage was prexisting and they can't do anything about it according to their liabilty policy. They use those equipment to only damage your car despite them saying that they add some wax and make your car paint last longer. They even damaged the wheels of my car and a bit of paint came off from my bumper which was newly painted. I have attached one of the photos where the scratch was made.
