After paying I asked if I could get a towel & the woman cashier says yes, but you don't have to be rude. I said I am sorry, but how was I rude and she said that I didn't answer her question. I said I am sorry that I did not hear her ask me a question & what did she ask me. She would not tell me what she asked & just continue to say that I was rude. I would not purposely be rude & I felt bad for making her feel I was being rude until I could tell that she just had a bitchy personality. It was a very unpleasant experience & didn't expect to get berated just paying for a car wash, because I am almost deaf & have to read lips. She should not be working with the public.

Their dryer does not dry your car, their membership entry is not working regularly, you have to go through it 2-4 times if you want your car clean.
