- SWS WDec 3, 20251.0Went in with an idea and budget, we soon realized we needed to pivot our plan and the salesman just disappears on us not offering to show us anything. So sad we actually fell in love with a couple of the fifth wheels. But again everybody just disappeared. It would have been nice had the sales representative shown us some of the amenities and prices. Huge monumental missed opportunity. We'll have to go somewhere else for our camping needs at this point.

I guess it really depends on the state let me say Camping world in Wichita is hands down the best one we have been to the staff the managers, the prices the inventory. Could not recommend this place enough. Talk to Sean,Amber, Darren, anyone on the sales side you will get the best deal and the best service, that reminds me the service side also you can talk to anyone they will fix your problem or if your a DIY guy like me they will walk you through exactly how to figure out some of the puzzles some of these trailers are.

That said, I couldn't have been any happier with the experience. Chad was a excellent salesman to work with and the sales manager was quite professional and courteous despite my admittedly hard-nosed position. The service department went above and beyond preparing my unit for delivery, exceeding what I had asked for. The delivery process was thorough, yet streamlined, and everything was as smoothly as it could have. The team there certainly surpassed my expectations. Thanks!
- SFScott FrisbieNov 7, 20251.0Ii took my camper which I had bought there 3 years ago to have damage fixed from a tire blowout. A month later I called to get a repair status. They hadn't even ordered parts. About a month later they finally got all the parts they thought they needed but 1 was wrong so they reordered. More delays. In the meantime a hailstorm came through that wouldn't have been an issue if the repairs had been done because it would have been sitting at home in a building. When I asked the service manager if their insurance was going to pay to have it fixed I was informed that was not their responsibility. He did not go out and do a walk around with me when I picked it up and at this point I just wanted to get it out of there. It had been there for 3 1/2 months. I looked under it when I got home and the weld on the new gusset was already cracked and none of the support straps on the fender were there. I'll fix it myself next spring. These are the most incompetent people I've ever met. Never will I darken their door again
