Pay attention to more detail.... bugs on the car, etc. I have been known to drive around and come back through 3 times once. Focus on the customers cars as they come will prevent that which I'm sure costs extra money for the business. Clean the concrete areas where the vacuum is done. I had to jump over mud ... it's a car wash. Keep it policed.
