The drive-through employee with curly hair and a hat was unnecessarily rude and snapped at my fiancé multiple times regarding a new vehicle sticker on our new truck despite us actively being in the car wash and planning to place it immediately after cleaning the vehicle, which is a reasonable ask. The interaction was hostile, dismissive, accusatory as if we both don’t pay monthly for memberships, and entirely unprofessional. Even more concerning was the apparent gossiping to the manager that sprayed the truck off before we entered the wash, which only reinforced the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff when he rolled his eyes and threw his hands up at us for not driving in faster. As business owners ourselves, we understand policies, but customer service and basic respect should never EVER be sacrificed, especially toward long-term, paying members. We both pay monthly and have supported this business for years, yet were treated as inconveniences rather than valued customers by the ones seemingly running the place, as they saw us earlier when I drove my car through. This experience was off-putting enough that we would hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. A business can have rules and still enforce them with courtesy, and a bit of understanding maybe? Unfortunately, that was not the case here. We will gladly take our brand new vehicles through a different place near our work than through Club in Shawnee which is much more convenient.
