    I left Strickland Brothers very disappointed and with serious concerns about their honesty. The technician told me my car required a more expensive “European synthetic” oil change and claimed that using anything else would void my warranty. That immediately raised a red flag, so I called Kia directly, they confirmed this was completely false. I was quoted $113 before tax, but when I went to pay, the total was $120 before tax. When I questioned the difference, I was told they “forgot to add the $5 shop supplies.” Even then, the math still didn’t line up. It felt like they were making up charges on the spot. Between the misinformation about my warranty and the inconsistent pricing, I lost all confidence in their transparency. I would strongly advise anyone considering this location to double-check what you’re told and compare prices before agreeing to any service.

    Came here for my oil change and had a great experience! Great customer service and so friendly and helpful. I had a piece missing on the under side of my dash where the filter goes and he (I don't remember his name) was able to find it in my car and put it back on securely! I will definitely be back :-)
