- JPJamie ParedesJan 2, 20261.0Prior to taking my new car through Club Car Wash in OP, KS the paint was perfect. I drove straight home & saw obvious scratches in the paint. I called customer service & was told to file a claim by having them take pictures immediately. They would compare video footage of my car as I arrived prior to having it washed. They won’t cover any of the damages and won’t share the video of my car as I entered the wash. If the damage did not come from Club Car Wash, they should share the video.

Finally ordered my to back out of the line, inconveniencing others who had pulled up behind me. She said that I disrespected her by stopping her mid speech. Beware. I've never had a problem before ... rude while disrespecting the others in line as well.

There was a random pair of shoes in the vacuum stall used and the vacuum area wasn't as tidy as other wash services. The track on the left where the car wheel slots into caused minor damage to the splash guard on the front driver's side wheel and caused a gap between the guard and the body. Very disappointing.
