So I called Mazda financial to cancel it. It is suppose to be credited back to account with in 45 days legally. Yet Mazda has not and just continue to give me run around then just hang up phone. The day before Thanksgiving we noticed the warning messages and visually inspected the engine compartment, we called the service department and they told us to bring it in immediately. We were given a dealer loaner car to drive while they had our car in the shop. Today we got the call our car was ready. The service department went to bat for us. Though our 36,000 mi warranty had expired, there's no good reason for a radiator to go bad so quickly. My wife is a teacher and I am in the electronics and communications service industry. I make it a point to put myself in the position of the service providers assisting me. I try to be as nice as I can understanding they are the face of Mazda in the shop, and they probably take a lot of crap from people. You get what you give. I like the guys in the shop. You can see the volume and pressure on their faces but they are still easy to deal with in my opinion. That's my opinion.
