  Fantastic place to buy a car. Positive helpful environment great service after the purchase. On this process Great with my trade-in, this is my second purchase and I feel like I got a great deal on well maintaining vehicles both times.

  ALWAYS GET A PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION ON THESE CARS!! I'm sharing my experience with this specific store intentionally because I had a car transferred to this specific location. I was intending to purchase the vehicle once it arrived, however, I had to cancel that transaction because I followed my instinct and had it inspected before I bought it. The car had major issues which included two collisions that were not listed on the Carfax and were not disclosed to me by Enterprise Car Sales. The car had been painted by a person or company who did not use quality paint and it was taped off for the job leaving areas of the car with paint that did not adhear to the vehicle and showed evidence of it being done outside with dust particles in the paint, over spray in areas and it had faded areas where it appeared faded when in fact it was over spray. They also used an unmatched paint where this could leave areas of rust if not corrected. The back light was either replaced or not aligned with the car making it susceptible to water entering the unit because it was not flush leaving a large gap on the left side compared to the right. It also was missing the two under engine covers that left the entire engine areas exposed to debris that could get caught under the car. The car also was manufactured with fog light lamps and when it was inspected, the car had fog light plastic covers instead of the Monroney Label specs indicating it. The car had two major leaks in the engine underneath and around the timing chain cover and area surrounding it making this a costly repair. This specific car (2002 Audi A5 Sportback S Line Premium Plus with Black Optics Package) had close to 60,000k miles which once purchased would need a lot of repairs not including the urgent repairs and missing vehicle parts that would have made this purchase become a huge expense to the new owner. This information was all given to the sales person with the PPI report and all information was disclosed. The very next day, the car was up for sale again with complete disregard for what was discussed at our meeting. I'm so disappointed with this discovery and hope that this review gives buyers insight and BEWARE of not just the outside looks but be patient and do the PPI or they will get you as they almost got me. I really wanted that car but I escaped it by just doing my due diligence. That PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION SAVED ME!!!

  The sales rep was excellent at determining the car I might purchase and accepted my feedback with no pressure when my price point changed. I was also able to add repair coverage and keep within my budget ! Thanks, Alex !

  Adam Kerstetter is the best. This was such a fun experience and not like any other car sale. He didn't make me wait 3 hours trying to sell me all these add-ons or offer me some dumb higher price because I didn't have a trade. He also brought 2 vehicles in for me and worked really hard to find the best combo of features I wanted, low miles and price. Enterprise has a good thing going for them and the best part is, I am in LOVE with my car! It's perfect. I've already bought a roof rack and OEM floormats for it, lol.
