Great service. Never crowded. Free air fresheners. My only criticism is that the sprays and brushes don't reach under the fin that overhangs the rear window on my suv. So the back window never gets clean. I have to park afterwards and clean the back window. Other similar car washes don't have this problem. Even the attendants who pre-spray the cars don't bother getting the back window. If you wash your car weekly, it's worth it to get a monthly membership.

Love the free vacuuming, air hoses to blow off water and floor mats and love the towels you can get to wipe down the inside. Don't waste your money on getting the tire shine. I always have at least one tire not done or an entire side. Spent $27 and shine change on the VIP again, like s fool, thinking if I got the best package then it would be different. Ha, fat chance. It's a crap shoot so buy it at your own risk.

Paid for elite which was 20 bucks pre tax and got a clean car. The vacuums are nice and have strong suction and there is one on each side of the vehicle which is convenient.

Brought my new car there and the car wash scratched the whole left side of my front bumper, I only went once and I got the monthly membership.
