The “quick lane” isn’t so quick and makes empty promises. Dropped vehicle off at scheduled 10 am appointment for oil change. Was told brakes were needed after being there two hours. They took me home and said they’d have me back before 430 to pick up my grandson from daycare. Call at 4, they said someone will be there in 10 minutes. As I am writing this at 4:44 nobody has came and have been on hold for 15 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to pick me up. Someone answered, sounded like they were talking to someone in the background and hung up. This place does not care about their customers.

I was in a car accident that totaled my car and I needed a replacement. I filled out an online application about a particular car and within an hour a representetive for the dealership called me. Not long after the sales manager called me at 8:00PM. By the next morning we had all of my required documents sent and funding approved. By Thursday I owned the car and the dealership offered delivery. I was told it would arrive Friday afternoon. I had to text and call myself to try and find out what time. I was finally told the workers were too busy and the car would be brought first thing Saturday morning. Once again, I called and texted multiple numbers and the responses promised the car was leaving in half an hour. Then at 4pm I was told it will arrive any time. At 4:30 I called at least 3 lines at the dealership only to be told someone would return my call. Its now almost 6 and I haven't heard a word from anyone. The dealership is closed, my car is still not here. They got my down payment and made their sale and I have been stuck 2 days waiting on a car that no one has the courtesy to even give me a call to tell me what is going on I could have made arrangements to pick up the car if I hadn't been sitting at home waiting for a car delivery for 2 days. This is the worst experience I've ever had.
