Since someone recently hit my car, I had it repaired—and per the body shop’s instructions, I can’t use wax for 90 days, which is completely understandable. But when I contacted Club Car Wash, they refused to credit the charge they just took from my bank account this morning, even though I had just canceled! My only “options” were to either accept a single wash or call back later for a month of unlimited washes. Really?! I originally paid for unlimited washes, so of course I picked that option—but why not just credit my account in the first place? This feels like just another way for them to keep your money without giving it back once you cancel. Very disappointing and frustrating. People, be careful with subscriptions and so-called “discounts.” I definitely don’t recommend Club Car Wash.

We have two cars with MVP subscriptions and have never had a problem with the wash or the vacuums. The location is always clean and well stocked with supplies. Would highly recommend.

I just got home from washing my car and there is still dirt under the wheel well and the side of my car. I am going to cancel my subscription with them and go with another car wash in town. You’re not the only game in town anymore Club Car Wash.
