  Avoid, avoid, avoid. Unless you don’t want calls returned, messages forwarded, or questions answered. And don’t do anything before getting authorization (like get a furnace fixed in January on a unit that’s less than two years old) because nothing will be covered. Will never return to Camping World. Not to mention their “great offers” on buying your used RV are a joke at best.

  This place is terrible!!!!!!! From the not having enough staff for there customers to the waiting days with no contact to the telling me again and again that someone else would contact me soon I've had it I'd give no stars if that was possible..... Me and my wife went looking for a camper knowing what we were looking for and what we were asking we were fully prepared to wait and fight with a bank as well as we have well over 20% ready to go for a down payment but when we spoke to them they said they were super busy no big deal whatever but a week no communication what so ever so I message them to find out that they never even submitted my stuff because they never got the full information they needed to I send what they requested and they said ok a couple days someone will be in contact after no contact again I message them and they again say someone will be in contact after 2 more days of waiting and again no communication I again message them because they sent me an email saying they hope I enjoyed my experience well I didn't after my angry message they again said someone would be in contact here we are another 2 days later and I'm over it so fair warning if you aren't buying it out right don't waste your time!!!!!! Update!! After a fair amount of run around I was finally contacted by the GSM and after telling me at first that I never filled out an application when he finally found it appearently they sent it out and weren't able to get me approved witch is wild to me when they said first day "We even have banks that will go off your household income so I'm sure we can get you into something" though I amend my previous zero stars because I was finally given a yes or no answer I'd still like to say that this whole interaction was very one star worth and the crazier part is I went to a different RV dealership who were attentive and working for me from the beginning and surprise surprise I was approved for the one I originally wanted just more down so they didnt care that's what happened very disappointing given the good reviews!!!!

  Worst customer service. Scheduled a date to view camper, but was asked reschedule due to maintenance not yet ready. Spent 4 HOURS in offices to purchase a camper in October 2025. There were NO keys & missing multiple items that are standard for this camper. Camper exterior was filthy. Employee showing us the camper was not knowledgable in camper functions. Was told battery was new, it was dead when we got home since electric switches were left on draining battery. Finance did not take images of our drivers licenses at time of sale, so was MY job to send these to them. Multiple promises by this dealership we would receive missing items “ any day now”. I made numerous phone calls too many to count. Finally received a month later. Missouri requires 30 days to titling. No title. Again too many phone call to mention. I then needed a form from dealership to avoid paying penalty for late delivery. Finally received title & form 40 days later. I will NEVER do business with this dealership again! Stay away!

  They gave me an initial estimate to replace a Gray tank at $1600. But ask me to bring it in so they could take a look at it and give accurate estimate, then, they charged me two hundred and eighty five dollars with a quote...Rough estimate, a forty two hundred dollars without the cost of the tank. Such a bait and switch started getting spammed with...Hey, do you want a new r v. Never going back again!

  Absolute disappointment. Insurance claim for a roof replacement and I was told 3-4 weeks which turned to 6-8. First excuse was the wrong product was ordered and the second was the tech assigned to my camper was no longer there. 14 weeks later it was finally done which was the day after Thanksgiving. I asked for a discount and was told they would winterize it. Six dollars for antifreeze and what I could do in 30 minutes. I didn’t feel that was adequate and the manager said that was the best they could do since I didn’t buy the camper from them. So we missed out on some trips because of their terrible service. They will never get business from me again. Totally terrible experience I would give no stars if it was an option.
