  I had the most wonderful girl on the line, she was a joy to speak with, a 5-star... The rest of my experience SUCKED. First off the Home Depot from which I needed to pick up my whopping 3 sheets of 1/4 inch drywall - note: not even a full inch worth - wanted to charge me $80 for delivery! That is well over double the price of my drywall! So I think, Home Depot rents pick-ups for $20, I'll just do that. Well the Seymour HD says they don't have... I don't recall, pickups, or they don't do rentals, I don't know. So a week passes but they're going to hold my drywall for another week. Great, back to loving HD. I spent an afternoon calling rentals that have pick-ups or vans. Enterprise wanted like $150, well by mid-month my Social Security check is gone! So I call Penske.... Again, wonderfully pleasant girl who helps me decide OK, I'll rent it by the hour for 3 hours at $21/hr + 74 cents a mile. She quotes me $50. Awesome, I have $60 in the bank, sign me up. Where do I pick up the pick-up? HOME DEPOT?! why didn't the girl at HD tell me that instead of "no rentals!" OK, whatever... I give the Penske girl my credit card # and skip merrily off to wait the next day so I can finally finish my kitchen wall. Next day, I go to HD and everything that could happen, happens! I'm standing at the counter for what felt like the whole afternoon, and it was flippin HOT in there. HD girl spends like 20 minutes outside with the truck. Blah blah blah - FINALLY I can pay and go. Go to the card machine to pay, and it says $198!! What the... WHAT?! So they're tell me one thing, but after I run my errands and get home to call Penske, I get a completely different story from them about the extra $150. So no, I can't give them more than 1 star. But I'm equally as ticked off at the Seymour Home Depot... I cancelled my drywall order. :[
