Parking Garage
Hourly parking fees are collected for Memorial campus garages. Exit kiosks use credit cards only; walk-up cash or card payment kiosk available on the second floor of the east lobby in 100 Navarre Place. Cash or credit is accepted at the payment station. Drivers pay for tickets before returning to their vehicles and then insert the paid ticket into the machine at the exit gate of the parking garage. We offer a 50% discount for patients; please have your ticket validated before leaving.

- KWKaren WMar 22, 20241.0Unbelievable! 2nd time at this garage in 4 weeks. 1st time we paid inside as asked and then we still waited in a line of 8 cars for 18 minutes to get out. 2nd time was today...husband attempts to pay inside, the machine freezes up. No one answered the help button. He went to the gate, explained to the person that answered the help button that the machine ate his ticket and No one answered the help button inside. The woman had the audacity to tell my husband that she will let him thru this time, but to take better care of his ticket in the future!!! What???? You have long standing bad reviews since you started this parking program....try fixing your issues and not blame people trying to leave your garage.

When ready to leave a lot of people have not done this and you wait FOREVER getting out. Such a poor plan of execution. Plus elevators inside the building don’t work, so frustrating. If it weren’t for the excellent care you receive inside by medical group I wouldn’t go.
