The second I reached out to Kevin he was extremely helpful. Long story short I purchased a camper from the Springfield Illinois store and had a very mixed experience. After driving back out there for pickup I realized the floor was creaking, non of the outlets worked, the ac unit started leaking and a part of my fender ripped off on the drive home. All of these issues should have been addressed by the Springfield store, which they did not. Kevin assured me I would be taken care of and communicated with me multiple times weekly about the status of my repairs. After multiple attempts to contact the Springfield store, they covered my expenses. It was like pulling teeth. Kevin is a very stand up guy who cares about his customers. Finally, Glen who is one of the service technicians confirmed they installed my curt weight distribution hitch incorrectly and adjusted it. Also walked me through all this thinking. I couldn't even get a person at the Springfield store to show me their work completed, hence why I had no idea these issues were happening. Camping world gets a bad rep, and rightfully so, but this store seems to be different. Thank you again Kevin for your work. Management, you have a good egg working for you.
