Don't buy a truck from here . Spent a 100k on an 389 sales told me it had 1 year warranty on overhaul. 2 mon in the shop didn't install injector harness correctly and shortened out harness and injector. Shop says it 90 days on workmanship, the problem is they did the overhaul 6 mon prior to selling the truck therefore the 90 day warranty never would apply. They use ever loop hole not to take care of there customers. You would think if you spent 100k u and they re did the engine the warranty should start at time of purchase not the 6mon it spent on the lot.

I wanted to thank TLG and Tod Reese for making my first semi truck purchase a positive experience. Tod was a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive to my inquiries and made the entire transaction a smooth experience.

From 5 star to 1. The older man behind the counter at the mechanic shop needs to stop yelling and customers and calling them names because the driver asked not to break anything more equipment. The work went from 90% fixed at times down to 20% or so. The rude behavior and calling ppl names over the phone by the older man in parts needs to STOP AS WELL. FIRE THE OLDER TWO MEN THAT CAN'T ACT THEIR AGE!

⭐ 1-Star Review Radiator Repair Visit – Very Disappointing Experience I came to this service shop after Speedco did a pressure test and confirmed my radiator was leaking. Speedco even called the Peterbilt dealer for me, and they told us the truck should still be under warranty and advised that I bring it in so I wouldn’t lose my coverage. After waiting at the dealer, they called me back and said the only warranty active is for the engine and after-treatment system — and that the radiator is not covered. Then they gave me an estimate of $2,300 for labor plus $1,450 for an aftermarket radiator. I decided not to move forward with the repair. Instead of simply returning the truck, they sent me an invoice for $442.90 just for “diagnose,” supposedly 2 hours of labor — even though the radiator issue was already diagnosed at Speedco before I arrived. Overall, very disappointing and misleading experience. I came here based on their assurance about warranty coverage, and ended up with nothing but an unnecessary diagnostic charge. I do not recommend this place.

Took truck in for no air conditioning plus brakes are squealing when I stop was advised they couldn’t find any issue with A/C they said they pulled 3lbs 13 ounces out and put 3lbs 14ounces back didn’t even make it to Michigan city and the a/c was blowing warm air again they replaced right rear brake pads said problem was fixed but they are still squealing called back talked to the service department was told I would have to drop it off again and it would be worked in! My truck is a 2026 579 with less than 50,000 miles on it
