They are usually pretty quick. Unfortunately they were backed up today. I had asked for tire rotation. 2 and half hours oil change and forgot my tire rotation. I'll still come back. Nobody bats 1000.

We just bought a vehicle from Greg Hubler Hyundai and they have a great sales team and the service department is nice and clean. All of the techs are very professional and we enjoyed being shown around and even being able to see the shop was awesome. Definitely recommend.

I was very glad to get the opportunity to meet some of the staff at your location and they all seem to be very open, armed, helping warm and welcoming. I got a good opportunity to walk around and view several options to determine which was my best choice for me. And through the process, I had salesman, who did a very good job in the completion process. Once we got to understanding each other.

It started with “where is the key to your lug nuts”. My reply “I don’t have lug nut locks on my wheels!” Then “ you need new wipers”! My reply “ I just new one wipers on.” Then the attempt to sell me a bunch of junk for my crank case sludge. I will not be back. You service had deteriorated badly!

To say I am very disappointed with the treatment I received when I purchased my latest vehicle would be an understatement. It has been several months since the incident, This was the second vehicle that I had purchased from Hubler Ford Muncie IN. and because I am a loyal person when treated well, I will always go back even if I would have to pay a higher price, I prefer quality interactions and building business relationships, I had experienced quality and care previously sadly not this time. After I had driven it for a few days there were some things I had noticed the code for the door was missing the rubber seal for the lift gate was flattened & kinked, radio would disconnect from phone or no sound would play, it would lose memory I had also paid for paint protection I was upset to find several scratches that were new on the vehicle. So, I made an appointment. When they called to discuss repairs they had warrantied the seal I asked for the door code was told that if I wanted it I would have to pay to get it. This was a brand new vehicle it is supposed to be provided she still said I would have to pay a fee. I then moved onto the radio issues she stated I was never told anything about that so nothing had been done about it but I could schedule to have it diagnosed on my dime I said it is a warranty issue she said that I will have to agree to the diagnostic charge for them to look at it so rather than argue I asked about the paint issues and she said oh we couldn't do anything because the painter is an outside contractor and they would have to schedule him to come in at a later date that my car was now ready to pick up and we can discuss the other appointments when I get there. I tried to contact the salesman and management about the door code neither would not return my call, so I decided to just pick up my vehicle. When I arrived the service advisor and another lady waited on me I asked about scheduling in for the radio she said oh you don't have to because her & the tech had connected their phones and it worked I explained that it didn't happen every time and she like no there's nothing we can do because it worked for them and my phone caused the issues the second lady asked me if I knew where the "reset" button for the radio was and proceeded to explain that it was located on the knob for the volume control I asked if she meant the power button she said no the "reset" button I explained that when it's acting up the POWER button does not work. In the meantime the first lady said she can show me how I can get the door code on my own so as we went to get in the vehicle the radio reset lady got in first to show me the "reset" button and then pointed to the power button so I explained to her that I know what the power button is and again pressing the power button does not work she said just push and hold it next time that is how the "reset" button works I gave up trying to explain and walked away. I then asked about the paint she point out the scratches while in process of that she must have forgotten what she previously told me because she was apologizing that the painter was out sick I questioned what she told me earlier she just didn't answer so at this point I was done. I called the salesman and manager the next day the manager never reached back out to me the salesman did finally, I explained it all to him he said he would handle it, someone would be in touch no one ever was. On the plus side I found another Ford dealer who took my concerns as a valid and found the issue they had to replace the APIM and the ACM module they also double checked the seal that was done and found that Hubler had damaged the paint on the interior side of my liftgate again I called and no one responded which tells me that I was nothing more than dollar sign. I have learned my lesson myself nor anyone I am related to or know will not be doing business with them in the future. I do not like being treated like I'm ignorant or like I don't matter so I would not want anyone I know to experience what I went through.
