  Typing this with heart felt emotion. After years of needing my own vehicle that could be driven in all road conditions, I finally scraped together enough cash to get a new used vehicle. After weeks of looking at options, the folks at Greg Hubler, including Evan, found me a vehicle that met my specific needs. Don't want to get in to all the details here because it's not a normal situation for them but Jason Dalton, Greg Hubler and Christopher Wilkinson have gone so far above and beyond for me, it is truly unbelievable. These people are the real deal. If your considering a new or used vehicle, please take the time to shop at Greg Hubler in Muncie. A situation that could have broke me mentally and financially was brewing and these people made sure it wasn't going to go down like that. This is the second vehicle I've got from them, one for my wife and now 1 for me, and I will never go anywhere else. I'm a Greg Hubler customer for life! While the circumstances are on going still, I just got a call from Christopher who is keeping me updated... that in itself has put my mind at rest. Thank you Greg, Jason and Christopher.

  Chris the service manager was phenomenal. It was my first visit to service at this location. The customer service is “old school” meaning polite, thorough, good explanations and transparent on price. The service desk person (I forget her name) was equally friendly and very efficient.

  I brought my truck in about 6 months ago because I was told a front strut needed replaced. An alignment was done on it because of the strut replacement. The truck only had about 2500 miles on it, I think. After a few days I noticed the steering wheel wasn’t centered. I called about it and was told to just bring it over when I had time. Because of work I haven’t had time until today. I brought the truck in today and was told that I would have to pay for an alignment since it’s been several months. The truck has only 6100 miles on it. The Service Person was very respectful and was just delivering the news. I explained I didn’t need an alignment, I just wanted the steering wheel centered. The truck drove and handled fine.

  Had 3:30 appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early. Left at 4:58. Stripped drain plug, blamed it on last tech. They were the shop for last oil change/service. Tried charging me for full syn when it was not. Tried charging me for a new plug. They did give me $10 off for the extended time and another $5 to cancel charge for plug. Last 2 visits were great, hopefully it was just a bad day.
