    Got my oil changed there last month...they "broke" something on my truck, and then told me that I needed to pay for the part and for them to fix it!! (to the tune of around $500!)...I found out that it's not "broken," it just wasn't calibrated by them (part of the job they were supposed to do, that I did pay for) (trying to charge me for issues that they created)...I will NEVER be back!!! Also, I refused to pay for having the thing they "broke," fixed. Another dealership told me what actually happened, and said that they could fix the issue in 5 minutes, and not charge me!

    Extremely disappointed. Started with the first estimate, said a part was $1400+ dollars. I looked on GM parts site and could get it from a competitor dealership for $670. Called and asked about the price difference. It was blamed on computer issue. Said the best they could do was msrp of $894 and I had to get the part from them. Then next day while they were programming the new module the battery weekend. Wonder why. They said I had to get a new battery for $285 that included install. I asked why they couldn’t charge the battery and program it. I can get a battery at Costco less than $200. She said it didn’t work that way. I’ve never heard of not being able to charge a battery and work on a vehicle at the same time. So I had to get a battery. Next, Charged me $95 for diag fee which is fine however most places I’ve dealt with puts those charges towards the work if performed. They didn’t. All said, went to pick vehicle up, they still billed the part at $1400. Again blamed computer. They did fix the price. Got vehicle and the battery install said included setting the date and radio back to the correct times. That wasn’t done either. Very disappointing. I will drive across town to a different Chevy dealership next time.

    A few months back took my pu in for A OIL LEAK supposedly had 4 oil leaks 5800.00 also charged me 3% for using a credit card . Who the hell has 6000 in a bank account. Fast forward a couple months went for a oil change at jiffylube they said still had a oil leak. Went back to greg hubler and they put die in said it was weaking from different place yea right .AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLEDGE. they are criminals also should avoid all hubler businesses had 2 negative experiences with hubler/ beck Toyota over past couple years just bought a new pruis from andy Moore Toyota excellent experience unlike my experiences with hubler , so Andy Moore got 43,500 of my money because HUBLER SUCKS AVOID ALL HUBLER PRODUCT garbage. Truck has other issues now wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the sabotaged that as well not a trust worthy company avoid at all cost I gave 1 * cause zero or negative # not possible if so would give million negative stars they lost 43000 in business from me well actual a lifetime ban from me I'll pray for you if you enter or depend on any hubler dealership

    I've been loyal to this Chevy dealership since I moved to the area a few years ago. I've spent thousands with them maintaining my 2019 Chevy Colorado. I scheduled an appointment with the online schedule for Saturday 12/13 at 12:30PM to have my oil changed. Saturday's are the only day I can take my truck in due to my work schedule. We had a bad snowstorm on Saturday and many places were not open for business. With the storm and road conditions, I was running behind and called to let them know. I spoke with Chrissy or Christy and asked if they were still open today with the weather, she said yes we are open. I notified her I would be arriving around 12:45PM because of the road conditions, and she said okay sounds good, that was the end of the conversation. I arrived around 12:55PM and pulled up to service bay and waited. The garage door would not open so I went inside and spoke with the lady in person, I had just talked to on the phone. She explained to me that she didn't have any techs available for my oil change because they close and leave at 1PM. She stated she told me on the phone they close at 1PM, which was not true. I asked her to pull the phone recording of our conversation to verify and she said we don't have any of the call recordings. I then drove around front and spoke with Ron the sales manager and another woman there. The woman confirmed she had the call recording, and also confirming the lady in service had directly lied to me, not shocking as this was her second lie in 5 minutes. First saying she told me they close at 1PM on the phone conversation, verified on recorded call, then saying that they don't keep or have access to call recordings. What a waste of time and driving in the snow storm for nothing. All due to poor communication and service by staff. They offered me a free oil change, the following week, but I can't go another week with out it and don't have availability during weekdays. It's not about getting a free oil change, I'm happy to pay for services rendered. It's about honoring your word and commitment to customers. I will not be doing business with people that lie directly to your face and take zero accountability.
