- JWJamie WardDec 5, 20255.0We smacked a curb this past snow storm and the car was pulling and womping when drove. Since I live in McCordsville, I called Riley and Sons to ask if that was something they could fix. Bill what that could be and unfortunately they don’t do that kind of work there. I asked if he knows a good place that could help me. He said they refer people to a local tire place. I called there and got in. They did an alignment but then told me it’s still pulling because there is frame damage. So I call Bill back at Riley and sons and he said to bring it by. When he looked at it he immediately knew (local tire place) didn’t do their jobs correctly and there was no frame damage at all. Bill took it upon himself to call (tire place). Bill stood up for us with this company and made them fix their right. The next day he personally took our car there and spent 2 hours of his time making sure they did their jobs correctly. Bill your integrity is inspiring. Thank you so much for helping us. If I ever need body work on a car I will absolutely use Riley and sons. Their honesty and reputation is solid.

- TWT WiseJan 8, 20251.0Do not take your vehicle to this place. They have had my vehicle for 36 days. A couple weeks ago they towed it a different shop to have "frame adjustments". They have yet to even complete any frame adjustments let alone cosmetic repairs. I have asked several times to let me know if there is any hold up thru my insurance company (GEICO) so I can reach out to them and help push this along. I have been paying for a rental car this entire time with no sense of urgency from Riley and Sons. I have called almost on a daily basis asking for updates and their response the entire time is "I will call the other shop and get an update and call you back". Never calling me back. I could go on and on about the terrible customer service but I'll save us both the time. DO NOT USE. If i could give them 0 stars i would.

My car was fixed within 4 days of taking it in. It looks very nice . They had to repair my bumper. Never drive an unsafe vehicle in need of collision repair. If your car is too damaged to safely drive to our convenient Lafayette, Indiana auto body shop, we will gladly arrange for safe towing of your vehicle to our state of the art collision repair facility.
Can I choose what types of parts are used on my vehicle when repaired?
You, as the vehicle owner, may always choose the type of parts to be used on your vehicle. In Indiana, if your vehicle is 5 years or newer and you are going through your own insurance company, it is required by law to allow you to choose the type of parts you would like used in your repairs. This law covers any metal or plastic part that generally constitutes the exterior of the vehicle.

Just bring the estimate to Riley & Sons. We honor all insurance estimates, regardless of amount. We will work directly with the insurance company to document all damages and restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition.
