  Absolutely incredible attention to detail. Every feature on the vehicle demonstrated and explained. Set up my wife's phone. Prepaid service plan and 0 deductible warranty for 125,000 miles. Christina Wisneski and Doug really put together a package to protect my Wife's new car. I am so thankful I drove up from Muncie

  I recently purchased a vehicle remotely from Greg Hubler Buick GMC. I'm 66 and old school so committing to a $38K used vehicle took some trust from me and sone integrity on the part of the dealership. My salesman, Chandler had that integrity. He was an excellent customer service oriented salesman. Zero high pressure, but only honesty. sincerety, and quick to please! He bent over backwards to provide photos and videos and the carfax of the vehicle. He droopped all the seats and took measurements and had any body blemishes repaired. Arranging the Greg Hubler dealerships free delivery was quick and very convenient since I lived 3 hours from the dealership that was selling my dream vehicle at a fair price. I would highly recommend working with Chandler and highly recommend the Greg Hubler Buick GMC dealership.

  I had multiple uncomfortable experiences at this dealership that ultimately left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. After a concern was raised, issues were addressed indirectly through employees instead of being communicated to me directly, which caused unnecessary tension and embarrassment. When I tried to clarify what had happened, I felt my concerns were minimized rather than genuinely heard. What was most disappointing was the lack of effort to correct misinformation once it was brought to management’s attention. That experience affected not only me, but also my family, and created an environment that felt stressful rather than supportive. While some staff members were kind and helpful, like Christina, Payne, Miledy, and detail, my overall experience with management made me uncomfortable returning. I hope the dealership considers improving how concerns are communicated and resolved so other customers don’t leave feeling the same way.

  Great dealership to work with. I drove from out of state after finding the vehicle on Facebook Marketplace, and the experience was well worth it. Huge thanks to Hunter and Zac for the excellent customer service over the phone and in person—smooth and easy process all around. Highly recommend!

  We pulled in that day after Christmas just looking but ended up purchasing a vehicle because of the professionalism that they had. Chandler our sales representative was amazing! He listened to our needs and worked hard for us. Zack was top notch also. I can truly say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had! I highly recommend them, and if you go there ask for Chandler!
