There was no scratch or cracks in my windshield until after I came out of the car wash. Employees even stated they’ve had issues with stuff like this recently. Filed an incident report and 4 days later, didn’t even get a call. Sent an email as well. almost $1200 to replace front windshield. Cancelled my membership and will find somewhere else to go
