I was told go through again and still had dirt, bugs and a truck bed full of soap. They said I had to call so I call and push to talk to someone and only continues to repeat itself. Wasn't able to speak to anyone. Getting charged 50 and can't use it for a low quality wash. Not for us.

- JSJoe ShawApr 19, 20251.0Worst car wash. Don't sign up for any wash plans! You can sign up but cancelling requires a phone call during business hours or a fired up email. I thought the law states you must make cancelling memberships as easy as you make signing up. I have given them 2 chances since they opened and it's only gotten worse. The equipment always has at least a few broken sections or no working parts that you pay for. The tire shine has been broken for a long time and rarely do you get the whole car clean. Now, they don't even treat the front and back like they used to. My truck and wife's car have never been fully cleaned. What we do get is a lot of swirl scratches on the plastic parts from old scrubber that are falling apart if they even work at all. The best thing about this place is the free vacuums if they work. I have started 2 memberships with the same bad results. Even a discounted plan isn't worth it. Cancelled mine after a few weeks because you never get what you paid for.
