  My experience with Camping World in Greenwood, Indiana has been terrible. I bought an RV from them in August. The transaction included an additional trade that resulted in a payment back to me in the amount of $7,500. It’s been over 4 months of back and forth and back forth. They have not been proactive in solving the problem. They have not been proactive in communicating with me. Broken promise after broken promise. Excuse after excuse. They will be as pleasant as possible to make a sale, but service, communication and follow up aren’t characteristics they can handle. Do not TRUST Camper World. Somewhere along the line you will need service or have questions and they will not help you.

  After spending (a lot), my fifth wheel required a few punch list warranty repairs. It's been 7 weeks after scheduling this service, I've been unable to reach anyone in service for over a week now with no updates. This is the saddest excuse for service I've ever had with the largest investment outside of our house we've made. Forewarning, get your service done anywhere but here.

  Mike was very helpful and took care of everything in a quick order. was even willing to discuss matters on his day off. The service tech Justin was awesome at the final walk through. Very informative and patient with any and all questions that we had.

  ZERO STARS - Avoid at All Costs Service Department is a Complete Disaster I dropped off my camper van at Camping World Greenwood in September 2025. It is now December 8th, 2025 - over THREE MONTHS later - and I still don't have my vehicle back. I don't even have an estimated completion date. At this point, I'm genuinely forgetting what my own camper looks like. The Communication Breakdown: We call weekly and get sent straight to voicemail No one ever calls us back On the rare occasion we actually reach a human, they tell us they have "no power" to help us Apparently our entire case hinges on ONE person (Angel) who was out for personal reasons for 2 weeks - yet somehow that accounts for THREE MONTHS of delays? I can't even get through first thing in the morning to schedule an in-person appointment The Blame Game: The service department loves to blame our insurance company for delays. Here's the problem: our insurance responds to emails and calls within hours or days at most. They're not the bottleneck here - Camping World is. The Bottom Line: This dealership has ZERO accountability, ZERO bandwidth to provide basic service, and apparently ZERO interest in keeping customers informed. If your repairs depend on a single employee with no backup plan, that's not a service department - that's a liability. Angel, I'm sympathetic if you had personal issues, but management should have assigned backup coverage. That's not on you - that's on Camping World's complete failure to operate like a professional business. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Maybe some people have had good experiences here, but it seems like pure luck of the draw. I wouldn't gamble with my time, money, or sanity again.

  It's like they HATE their customers or maybe we are not the right skin folk to be valued or respected by them because we dropped our trailer off September 26th of this year to get some repairs made on our plumbing line that got knocked out on a weekend roadtrip. We have not heard a drop of communication back from the service team sharing an estimate or quote. Even walked in one day in October 2025 to see if it was anything we did wrong and after some waiting in-person the service person said no and apologized as they are busy but she would be back in contact with us within 24 hours. Never heard back, so we emailed in October 2025, NEVER HEARD BACK. Mind you we communicated each time, we store our trail manor in a garage so we don't winterize it and we want to make sure we can WORK TOGETHER to develop a plan so our trailer is not sitting in the elements! It is December, has frozen countless times, snowed and STILL NO COMMUNICATION about our trail manor. We had 2-3 family trips planned in our trailer for this year including a BIG Christmas surprise trip for our young children but have CANCELLED all trips because we can't even communicate with Camper' World to make a plan as even when we call, we don't get an answer from the service line. I can't imagine they treat everyone like this, but I do wonder we are just not the color or clientele they want to deal with though we have been nothing but nice and very patient with them. Move with caution if you don't have the right privilege to be respected by this business. Very disheartening experience as we are STILL waiting for a response.
