I had an amazing experience with Camper World and Kevin Romine! Kevin was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His attention to detail and friendly approach truly stood out. The walk-through I received from Bob was also fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my RV. Both Kevin and Bob went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for an exceptional RV experience!

I purchased a new camper while I was working in Texas. I picked it up yesterday at Camping World. The reviews are so wrong. Mr. Bill Love and everyone else I felt was so kind and professional. Every question I had was answered. The store manager was quick to help and very friendly. The gentleman that gave us the walkthrough was so knowledgeable. If I lived closer we would be like family. If I have to buy another camper it will be from Camping World in Greenwood. This same exact camper I found in Texas was a little over 7000 cheaper in Greenwood’s Camping World. I also saved 150 dollars on my accessories in the store. I highly recommend Camping World in Greenwood.

The folks here at camping world greenwood are top notch. I purchased this travel trailer from out of state and my salesperson David Ortiz stayed in touch we me my entire trip. Purchased insurance on the way up arrived on Saturday and left at noon. All of my questions answered nothing misleading. I want to thank all of the staff that I met while I was there for making this purchase a pleasant experience. Mike United States Navy Retired.

I would give zero stars but you have to give at least a one to leave a review. If you decide to purchase from Camping World in Greenwood IN, I hope for your sake that you do not get Kevin Romine as your salesman. If you are so unfortunate, please know that he will be unable or unwilling to answer any questions you might have. In what world would it be okay to respond to a customers technical questions with “I have no idea”? Not just once but a dozen times. We were looking to dump $350,000 on a Supper C rig and traveled over 300 miles to do so. It was far and away the WORST sales experience in my 62 years of life. Mr. Romine was not only unable to answer questions but he could explain how the unit components worked or the over all operation of the rig. Just ”I have no idea” over and over and completely unwilling to say “Let me find out for you.” To me that’s completely unacceptable and down right rude and lame and lazy. The Sales Manager called him a “Train wreck”. Yet Camping allows this…. Person to represent or should I say misrepresent them. Be very wary of Greenwood CW!

We have never worked with a salesman with less integrity and knowledge than Kevin Romine. He is uneducated about RVs, and in his own words muttered numerous times, he can’t be expected to know about all 500 campers on the lot. One would think these salespeople would be taught, or know, that when people are traveling from hours away to see a $3000,000+ RV, you would have read up on it and at least knew where a light switch was. Kevin’s favorite phrase, I have no idea. Kevin never bothered to try to look up what we were asking or ask someone that may know. He did indicate it was our problem that we would have all these questions and he thought we were just looking at it to make a final decision to purchase. Kevin Romine was our point of contact and took no responsibility to his ignorance and did not do his “homework” to learn anything about the RV that we drove 6 1/2hrs to see and hopefully purchase. What Kevin did focus on, was asking me to do “homework” and contact Good Sam and then show proof I did so for him. I had to remind him EACH time that we hadn’t made a decision to purchase yet. In Kevin Romine fashion, he didn’t listen, and asked me again to call while we were driving to Camping World. I checked my email after leaving Camping World undecided on the purchase and found we became Good Sam members without contacting them or purchasing anything. Fraudulent? Feels shady. Kevin Romine put together the finance sheet and we put down the $2999.00, which is the “prep work” Kevin stated the $29999.00 we put down to hold RV is them using our money to prep it. We asked what went into prep prior to making drive. Kevin said the $2999.00 is used to pay the techs to go through and make sure everything works and then to go through with the customer prior to purchase. We asked for the checklist the techs utilize, and was told they just know what to do. Upon arriving, numerous things not up to par. Examples, latch on closet didn’t close, latch on outside storage bay wouldn’t close, control board module hanging off the wall, window tinting appeared to peeling, a random usb cord hanging out of a dash. Kevin said the techs can’t be expected to find all of that and we just need to put together a punch list so it could be addressed, even though we drove over 6 1/2 hrs to hopefully purchase this particular Dynamax and were leaving the next day. If I was the salesperson, I would make sure the RV was ready and that people would want to purchase it. Folks, I am unsure if anything Kevin Romine said is accurate, but that $2999.00 prep fee comes with NO checklist on what they actually went through and no evidence to indicate one was completed. Enough evidence that one was not though! I would question this at the Greenwood Indiana Camping World. After leaving for THE evening to discuss making such a huge purchase and commitment, all we did was discuss the terrible experience with Kevin Romine, who explained to us also that it was our job to know more about RVs than him since that is what he does when he buys his sports cars. We didn’t discuss the RV for over a hour. Sales Manager Zach Watters came to speak with us and was receptive. He shook his head and said Kevin was a train wreck and they need to do more coaching. Kevin needs to be terminated. Camping World lost a $300,000+ sale and we will not purchase a Dynamax. Kevin Romine and Camping World could not articulate where the lack of quality control was coming from, except that we should expect items to be broken since it’s an RV.( that’s made in Indiana and traveled to an RV business in Indiana) If Camping World keeps employees like Kevin Romine, I question their integrity and their business model and am led to believe this is how they do business. One positive, and since you must give one star to give any, Chris Pingleton, Sales Manager, did have CW pay for our stay in a hotel his Sister manages, the Residence Inn By Marriott for the night.
