- JMJasmine MasseyOct 29, 20251.0I found them online when I was looking for brakes. I’m not from the area and they seemed to be great. The price was good but after getting the front done, leaving and having to call them because the squeaking was so loud which wasn’t there prior to them touching it, I was told I needed rear brakes and rotors. That didn’t seem correct as well as the quote they gave me. The young girl at the front looked up the parts and labor ( like I couldn’t see the damn screen from where I was) but then proceeded to lean out the garage door and state “That seems low” like I was hard of hearing considering I was sitting right there. She came back and told me a price and an amount of time that was absolutely insane. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman or because I have a nice car but the BS was extreme. I left them and went straight to Lexus and they Looked at the same thing and told me I did not need Rotors that mine looked brand new still and that I possibly needed brake pads within the next few months and that was all. I ordered the parts myself and got my brakes done in all of 35 minutes Max, but remember this place tried to tell me two hours and that my car took more work, which was an absolute lie. So I was a fan until this. Maybe they pick and choose but I’m not gullible and they dropped the ball on this one. If you’re gonna bullshit prices and cost of labor, maybe you should move the computer from the front desk facing where everyone would be standing and can see it. Please do not come on here and apologize or gaslight me because I could clearly see the screen and my ears work just fine. I know exactly what I saw and exactly what I heard hence me declining further service.

Sometimes they aren't the cheapest, they ARE always reasonable and I'm happy to spend my dollars here to know that the work was done correctly the first time.
