Over priced service! Replacement of one TMS tire sensor for 2023 Toyota Corolla was quoted for $612.00. Insane! And I had to pay $192.00 just to diagnose. Typical cost range is $150 to $315 including 1 hour labor with a free diagnosis. My service consultant, Jacob, was very nice & professional. I appreciated his efforts but I will not go back to Jeff Wyler. This is my second bad experience with Jeff Wyler. My first visit was a passenger window which stopped rolling up or down. The car only had 9000 miles, completely under bumper to bumper warranty. The window was frozen & once warmed worked. Nothing needed to be repaired to the window. Jeff Wyler charged me for a diagnostic test $ 189.00. I had to call Toyota Corporate to have their diagnostic fee removed.

On September 6, 2025, I purchased a 2016 Ford C-Max Hybrid from Jeff Wyler Clarksville, Inc in Indiana. I am a public high school teacher undergoing treatment for Stage IV cancer and my husband is on active-duty with the Army. We purchased the car for my son, so he was able to work and help out more with his three sisters. The dealership certified in writing that the vehicle was being sold "as-is" but was in good working order and free of "reasonably discoverable defects" at the time of sale. On December 15, 2025, the vehicle was inspected by an authorized Ford dealership after the brakes stopped working while my son was making food deliveries. (Luckily, he was able to coast to a stop without injuring himself or damaging the vehicle.) Ford documented catastrophic mechanical failures including self-locking brakes, ABS/HCU module failure, engine fumes entering the passenger cabin, oil pressure faults, violent drivetrain vibration, suspension failure, and transmission power loss. Ford determined the vehicle to be mechanically unsafe and issued repair estimates totaling $6,897.44. That is more than half of the value of the car! These conditions are not wear-and-tear failures and clearly existed prior to sale. Don Franklin Ford in Radcliff, KY stated that there is no way the dealership, which has its own independent service center, was unaware of these issues. All it would take was "plugging in the car and running a diagnostic". We attempted to use the extra warranty we purchased through the dealership, but they denied the claim. We then attempted to work something out with the dealership itself, but were told by Jeff Wyler that it was our problem...after less than 90 days in a car they sold us. Jeff Wyler sold an unsafe vehicle while misrepresenting its condition. They also have a long and malicious history of such practices, as documented in their Google reviews, Yelp reviews, and complaints filed with the BBB. (Just take a look - it's HORRENDOUS! Scamming blind customers, selling faulty vehicles, adding unauthorized charges to contracts, etc!) Our family is now looking at a loss of tens of thousands of dollars at a time when I am trying to survive my battle with cancer so I can continue to be there for my five children, serve my students, and support my husband in his 20th year of military service to this country.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer on 11/22/25 other than trying to lowball me on my trade in, the purchasing process went okay. However the vehicle needed some repairs that I was aware of before I even went to look at it. After purchasing it has been very stressful, I am posting this on 1/1/26 I still don’t have my vehicle. I have had to call multiple times to get any updates on the repairs that I knew about. I talked to them on 12/20/25 they told me that all they needed to do was a oil change and detail it. On 12/23/25 I contacted them asking if it was ready and was told the check engine light was on, which was not on during the test drive. I tried contacting them on 12/29/25 nobody would answer or return my calls. Call their corporate office on 12/30/25 and left a message, that same day I received a text from their lawrenceburg Indiana location they did give me a update on the vehicle. As of today I still haven’t received all of the paperwork I need to transfer my license plate. I will update this when I get the vehicle.

I started my search for a 2016 Mustang in October of 2026 and ended up purchasing one sight unseen/online for delivery through Wyler Toyota because of the reputation of the mid-west dealership. The salesmen hit the ground running with great communication & all of the pictures & video I requested to satisfy and make me comfortable with purchasing 100% online. Everything to this point was great. I signed for the loan on 11:22/2025 and wired a 10$ down payment to ensure the car would not be sold and knowing it may take a little time to get delivered with the holiday. As of December 19, with scant communication about why the car had not shipped & promises from the salesman it was shipping, suddenly they discovered hail damage to the rear deck lid (meaning they left a sold/undelivered vehicle outside) I requested pictures of the damage and subsequent repair. The GSM finally called me to say they discovered the damage and didn't want me to mad at them if it had shipped with the hail damage. I was extremely patient this entire time and 12/19 ship date was moved tp 12/22/25. Another week went by and the salesman called me on 12/28 to advise my car was finally set for transport but would not be delivered to the storage address given to him weeks prior due to the weather in Erie, PA. I has already made the 1st payment with no car in my possession and rolled with it and my car was finally delivered on 12/29/25 by some unknown delivery service. There are a few codes for TPM sensors and another I didn't recognize and I noticed a front passenger side fender/facia was popped out and Immediately sent pictures to the salesman to show the damage, because it was not evident in the pre-shipping pictures. I was never told who the shipper was and a truck with a car trailer shows up with the car uncovered. Totally disregarding that it is a high performance car with a decent finish for its age, I was not happy about it but took it in stride hoping the dealership would make things right. Nothing, crickets. I have been ghosted since then with no response from the dealership or salesman as of 1/1/2026. This could have went much smoother had the dealership and salesman made simple phone calls to explain the delay and what happened to my car before and after it was delivered and never offered to make anything right or gesture otherwise to a paying customer. I am extremely disappointed that I became less important once they had closed and registered the sale as 11/22/2025. The dealership is apparently only 5 stars if you live in and buy in the state of Indiana. I wanted to be able to say that I would do this again when I go looking for my next mustang but goes to show that the size & reputation of a car dealership means nothing after they get your money.

We purchased a 2024 4Runner with 28k miles from this Toyota dealership yesterday, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. At the time of purchase, we did not notice any scratches on the hood or around the vehicle. However, after rain fell overnight, numerous scratches became clearly visible the next morning. These scratches were not visible when we test drove or purchased the vehicle, and they do not appear in the online listing photos, nor are they disclosed in the vehicle report, which states no damage. When we contacted the dealership today to address this, the response was unacceptable. We spoke with the sales manager, Dustin, who was rude and dismissive and told us, “There is nothing we can do about it now — you bought it, it’s your problem now.” During the buying process, the salesman was also very quick and short with us, repeatedly dismissing our questions, saying things like “I can’t help you with that,” and stating that he had to leave, which made us feel rushed and disregarded. He also made condescending remarks such as “you love asking questions,” in a rude tone, which already made the experience uncomfortable. The way this situation was handled feels incredibly unprofessional and honestly shady. Whether the scratches were concealed intentionally or overlooked, the dealership should stand behind the vehicle they sell—especially when the documentation and listing do not reflect the condition we are now seeing. Toyota had an opportunity to make this right and instead chose to completely dismiss our concerns. We expected transparency, professionalism, and basic customer service, and we received none of that. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here. Once the paperwork is signed, they make it clear they want nothing to do with you, no matter the issue.
