- DSDaniil ShmigelskiyNov 16, 20251.0Dont call them ever, they charge like crazy for one hour of work! Site of repair was 24 minutes away from their shop, then the mechanic said he lives in a different state so he charged for the ride, $150 call out fee, and $150 per hour, makes sense. Came up with $945 invoice. After me saying theres no way he dropped $150, which is still nuts for removing 2 tires and chaining up the axle. A little later went to $645. I still said ill file a complaint with NTTS website then he agreed for $500. Still crazy amount for the work done, but maybe the next company wont get ripped off. On the phone call he said $945, then right away discounted $150 and sent the invoice. Thats not how you make money by quoting highest price and seeing if the company is willing to pay. Thats how you loose clients and eventually shut down.
