Terry reached out to me to and took the time to hear what I was looking for. He was able to narrow choices down for me. He was then able to answer my questions. He got everything ready for me to check out the one I was looking at. Once I decided on it he worked with me to get things going. Working with Jessica in Finance was also a good experience. She was able to get me a good rate and explained all the paperwork well. The service department was good to work with as well. They demoed the unit for me, and helped me get everything hooked up for a safe travel home.

We agreed to a 11,000 approximate cost, and ended up paying over 20,000 without any explanation. Jessica cons you with fast talking and cheap tricks. When we spoke with everyone MULTIPLE people on the team agreed something was wrong (on a recorded line no less) and misleading, but she said she had us taken care of. First she demanded our deposit prior to explaining any numbers, and when we asked for explanation she kept saying “don’t take the wind out of my sails!” And then when we began signing she told us to just initial because it was what we already went over. She is a scam artist masked as a finance/sales person. Steer. Clear.

Just one year after purchasing our bumper pull, we decided to upgrade to a motorhome. This is a big upgrade and Terry ensured we were comfortable doing so before showing us anything. All parties (sales, management, finance and service) worked together to not only make for a great experience, but to get us into a great motorhome within our budget! Highly recommended! If you're looking to purchase, or just thinking about purchasing, go see Terry!
