    They didn’t check the back of the truck ahead of me and a bucket damaged my car. They wouldn’t do anything besides make a report. Never heard from them again. Bad customer service

    Great wash, however the employees are extremely pushy on up selling and packages. I don’t want to have a conversation or explain why I don’t want it. The sales tactics are tacky and unnecessary.

    Just lost my business, because an employee wanted to lie to me and tell me that the promotion for a three month $12 VIP membership would automatically cancel itself, and I got charged $40 today. I called and they told me there's no way I can get a refund. Absolutely wrong. UPDATE: I filed a complaint on the website explaining the situation and asking for a refund for the regular prices month, and they essentially told me regardless of what their employee promised me, I still signed a contract that stated otherwise. They refunded me half of the month's price, but the response seemed to lack accountability and it felt more like a small compromise just to get me to leave them alone. It's a shame and I won't be supporting the business any longer.
