He was very informative while being personable and patient with all my questions. I hadn’t bought a car in 15 years, so I was very anxious about all the technology which is now the norm, and Chris took the time to explain much of it without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Many thanks as well to Bill, who handled the financing part, and to Gus, the manager, who was nice enough to personally thank me once everything was done and I was ready to leave with my new car. Overall just a really great experience, and so far I’m having fun getting to know my new car!
