- SFSteve FrenchNov 16, 20251.0new refrigerator for our RV. It took many phone calls, writing to the ceo in order to get someone's attention or to talk to a person, not voice mail. We waited 3 1/2 months to get our RV back to us. We were told they would call with updates, yet no one did. I called the company customer service 3 times for help, which was the only way we would get a phone call back. Everytime we called no matter who or what department, we were told the same thing ,[they were with a customer or on the phone with a customer]. I'm sorry but camping World is not that busy. This was the worse service that we have ever received and giving one star is too much. We have been to 3 different Camping Worlds for service and the Springfield Illinois is by far the worse one
