  Went to see the dealer today. I already had TPMs sensors that I purchased from another Lexus dealer but ended up being faulty. Service tech wouldn’t warranty them and was advised to pay $250 to scan the sensors again. Insane. I’ve been a loyal costumer. No longer time to find another dealer

  I confirmed availability of a specific Lexus TX 500h by both stock number and VIN and was explicitly told in writing that the vehicle was “in stock” and “here.” I arrived at the dealership approximately one hour after receiving that confirmation (after nearly a 50-minute drive), only to be told that the confirmed vehicle was no longer available. I then spoke in person with the General Manager, yet no effort was made to resolve the situation in a fair or professional manner. Instead, I was pushed toward alternative vehicles that did not match what had been confirmed beforehand: a 2024 vehicle with about 36,000 miles and an active recall, and a 2025 vehicle that could only be picked up the next day due to recall repairs. Given the written VIN confirmation, the minimal time between confirmation and arrival, and the way this was handled, I find this practice unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this dealership. Based on my experience, customer time, trust, and transparency are clearly not a priority here.

  Hitarth made the buying process a breeze. I never felt pressured to make a decision and I was given a fair value for my trade in. The entire process was a bit slow but it was three days before Christmas so the dealership was incredibly busy. All in all I'd buy from Woodfield Lexus again.

  Woodfield Lexus was a great place to buy our new car. The setting was comfortable, the people were all friendly and helpful and our new car has great, quality features. Our sales agent, Gilbert Claudio was so nice, informative and accommodating. Even the general manager, Robert, stopped by to greet us and answer questions. Buying a new car can be stressful, but they made it easy.

  I rarely write reviews and I have been buying cars for over 48 years and worked with many dealerships. I can say without hesitation that Woodfield Lexus and for that matter, the entire Resnick Auto Group, should put together a seminar on how to create the best customer experience in the auto industry. After buying a new Prius a year ago through them, the experience was so good that I not only wrote two stellar reviews, but I committed to coming here when my NX lease was up and they are by far, not the closest Lexus dealer to me. I was referred to Dan Rosen through my sales rep Jerry at Toyota and was not disappointed. Dan was highly knowledgable and made the experience a breeze. I was in and out in a short time with no haggling as I got a fair price from the start and then the paperwork was handled in short order. He also introduced me to the GM, Keith, who was equally helpful. Even after I was passed off to the finance department, the experience was the same which is rare. I worked with Caryn and she could not have been nicer. She was personable and fast and very easy to talk to. No sell job on things I didn't need either. She was honest and straight forward and shared that she lives an hour away when there is a closer dealer she could work at, but the ownership makes it worth the effort and as a result, she has been there for 15 years which is unusual in that field! I will never shop anywhere else and I recommend everybody give them the opportunity to experience what I have. They are the best in class!!
