- EOE ONov 2, 20255.0Superb experience buying a GX460! I found a GX460 that I really liked and decided to call Patel. Drove all the way from Wisconsin and all I can say, everything went super smooth. As soon as I got there, Sue at the front desk asked us if we wanted anything to drink. I said coffee would be nice as it was a long drive. She made me and my family drinks herself! She was so sweet and nice. A great lady! When we met Patel, he was very nice right from the start and transparent. He went out of his way to give us a fair deal on our trade in and was very helpful and professional all the way through. Top notch salesman. A really down to earth guy. I also want to thank Robert Bouza, the General Manager. What a stand up guy! He was very nice and really takes care of his customers. He made my family and I feel welcome right from the start!. We were treated like VIPs. Couldn’t ask for a smoother experience. I absolutely will be back for my next Lexus purchase which will be soon. Both Patel and Robert were beyond amazing. Customer service the way it should be!!!
