    I appreciated the excellent customer service provided. The entire staff seem to know better than what the customer wants! I scheduled a visit for an oil change at 5 months but luckily all I received was a tire rotation and alignment with no oil change performed. After raising this issue with multiple people I was repeatedly told “You don’t need an oil change it only needs to occur every 10,000 miles”. Thank you Toyota Schaumburg for ignoring my request and making it such a hassle to take my money for the service I want. Maybe you shouldn’t assume just because I am a woman I don’t know anything about cars! I wanted to take care of my vehicle, have my fluids inspected, and get ahead of the winter knowing I will not be around for the regular service interval, but I guess that’s allowed at this location! Update: Instead of admitting their mistake, Toyota Schaumburg has doubled down! I want to make it clear the topic of Toyota care service windows was not only brought up but was noted as expired as I have used up all of the free oil changes. I understood that clearly. I asked to proceed with the oil change anyway at additional cost, and that was not done. If I schedule my car specifically for an oil change, why would I want to leave without one? I left this part out in the original review, but since nobody at Toyota Schaumburg cares about details…the team there also gave my keys and service invoice to a different customer! Luckily the customer noticed the issue which prompted me to get the keys to MY vehicle. Embarrassing. Please just get your act together and listen to your customers instead of patronizing them.

    Amazing experience at Toyota Center! The whole team was welcoming and professional, and Bek made everything so smooth and stress-free. He was super kind, honest, and really helped me find the right car for my needs. Highly recommend Toyota Center and especially Bek if you’re looking for great service and a great deal!

    I’m happy to update my initial review and give Schaumburg Toyota five stars. After my previous disappointing visit, the dealership reached out promptly on Monday morning. Emmanuel, the same sales rep who had been so kind before, personally contacted me and sincerely apologized on behalf of the dealership. He and the team asked for another opportunity to make things right, and I’m glad I gave them that chance. This time around, they let me work directly with Emmanuel, who was phenomenal. He took excellent care of me, and the entire process was smooth. The finance team, especially Mike, was also incredibly helpful and caring. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to get into the vehicle I originally came for, and I left feeling valued and well taken care of. I’m genuinely grateful to Emmanuel and Mike for turning this situation around. Kudos to the team for their dedication to making things right! ———————————————————————- Previous Review: I came to Schaumburg Toyota to view a used vehicle and was met with an incredibly disappointing experience. I was greeted kindly by the front desk receptionist, which was the only positive part of my visit. I had requested a specific sales rep, Emmanuel, who was polite and professional. Unfortunately, I was told that because I scheduled online, I was automatically assigned to someone else (Nora) and couldn’t work with Emmanuel. He still kindly walked me over to her desk. After waiting about 10 more minutes at Nora’s desk, Emmanuel noticed I was still waiting and generously took me to view and test drive the vehicle himself — which I truly appreciated. Meanwhile, Nora was busy helping other customers. That’s understandable, but what wasn’t okay was being bounced from desk to desk with nowhere to sit, no updates, and no real support. It was frustrating to watch other customers with newer vehicle appointments be helped immediately by other reps, while I was told I could only work with one person who remained unavailable. It felt like my time and interest in the vehicle didn’t matter, so I eventually just left. This whole experience made it clear that my business wasn’t valued here, and I won’t be returning. Major letdown.

    Here’s a well-deserved review as we just got our car almost a week ago! The moment we walked into Schaumburg Toyota, Mr. Darek assisted us right away without any hesitation. We told him what we were looking for, and he immediately did his best to find the perfect car for our growing family. The entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. What we truly appreciated was how genuine, kind, and fun he was — he gave us time to think, inspect the car, and make our own decision without any pressure. Unlike other dealerships that try to upsell or talk you into unnecessary add-ons, we felt completely comfortable and confident the whole time. Mr. Darek was not only professional but also personable, which made the experience even better. We honestly felt we were in the right place and had the best person helping us.
