Literally have a fabulous 790 credit score was looking to purchase a vehicle that was used 161k miles on it and was giving $1200 down and was told no because my credit is too good and if I put $3900 down then they’d finance it. Hey Toyota if I had the extra floating around I would’ve given it!!! & then fonance said they would give it out the door cash for $1800 less then what it was being financed for again if I had that money floating around I’d buy it!!! But I don’t & here I am a phenomenal credit score unable to buy the vehicle I wanted because of “too good” of credit. Make it make sense or is that finance wanting an extra pay day in their pocket l. Absurd you think I’m stupid? How would a bank finance $4000 but not $7000??? Insanity. Turning away customers who are liable and loyal and have phenomenal credit looks extremely horrible

We had another wonderful experience at Toyota Schaumburg!
Every visit here is truly pleasant — the service is professional, organized, and very customer-focused.
What makes this location extra special is the thoughtful environment they created for families. The kids’ playroom is fantastic and makes waiting so much easier when you come with children. The coffee and customer lounge are also great — comfortable, clean, and welcoming.
A special thank you to Darek Gniadek, who has been taking amazing care of us even long after we purchased our Toyota here over a year ago. His post-sale support is outstanding — he always checks on us, makes sure everything goes smoothly during service visits, and genuinely cares about his clients.
Also, big thanks to Steve from the service department, who takes great care of our vehicle during service appointments like oil changes. The service team is efficient, attentive, and always professional.
Highly recommend Toyota Schaumburg — excellent service, great atmosphere, and truly exceptional customer care!

We've been Toyota owners for years with Schaumburg Toyota being our dealer. Today we took our 2018 RAV4 in for an oil change and took a stroll on the floor looking at the new ones. We ended up sitting down with Darek Gniadek. He's Polish, so just call him Darek.
What started with questions and answers (absolutely NO PRESSURE) ended up with a test drive in a beautiful Camry. Darek was straight with his answers, very knowledgeable and even told us at one point to go home and think it over. But, we loved the Camry and stayed with him until we worked out a deal. Happy camper, you bet! You should drive one of these great cars, maybe you'll take it home too!
Thanks Darek and Schaumburg Toyota for treating us like family once again.

**Worst dealership and service ever.**
I came in for a wheel alignment under warranty, and the service director and service manager were extremely rude. They said since I already had one alignment, it wouldn’t be covered and clearly told me they would not help. They even said they don’t care what Toyota corporate or the helpline says even though the helpline confirmed alignment is covered up to 12,000 miles.
I went to Elmhurst Toyota instead, and they did the alignment for free under warranty without any issue.
This is actually my second bad experience. The first time I went to buy a car, they refused to help and demanded cash for the down payment for no reason.
Total waste of time and very unprofessional behavior. Stay away.
Highly recommend
McGrath Elmhurst Toyota
They are best and nice
I am beyond disappointed with my recent " Certified" used car purchase at this dealership. For a vehicle to be labeled "Certified," one expects a high standard of inspection, yet my experience suggests otherwise.
The Issues
* Initial Damage: On the day of purchase, I noticed a damaged door panel.
* Safety Concerns: Two days later, I discovered the wipers were not fully operational and there were multiple chips in the windshield. How does a vehicle pass a CPO inspection with windshield damage and faulty wipers?
The Service Nightmare
The real frustration, however, has been the complete lack of internal communication.
* Lost Time: I took a day off work (losing 12 hours of pay) to address these issues. I was told by the morning manager, Patrick, that there were no notes regarding my previous discussions with Sean (the Service Manager). Patrick actually suggested I sit and wait 6 hours just to speak with Sean.
* Broken Promises: After Sean assured me the parts were in and promised to notate the file, I drove over an hour after a 12-hour shift to get the repairs done. Upon arrival, Sean had taken off, and the staff again had no idea what was supposed to be fixed.
* Incomplete Repairs: While they finally found the door panel, they were "unable" to address the other safety issues I had previously reported.
Final Verdict
The lack of professionalism and respect for a customer's time is staggering. I’ve lost 12 hours of wages and hours of commute time for a "Certified" vehicle that should have been perfect upon delivery. If you value your time and expect a truly inspected vehicle, look elsewhere.
