  I just got a car from Schaumburg Toyota car dealer. The sales guy Mr.Darek is a person who can assist you well and professional, we already knew what kind of car we need so everything done quickly walked in 9:20 am, walked out at 11:20am, very happy with Mr.Darek, if anyone needs to purchase a car I highly recommended Mr.Darek, sincere and kindness that is the character that as a customer needs to look for.

  Seems like a nice place, spent maybe 5 mins, if, that there though. The salesman pointed to a computer screen said I could do everything online so I walked out, spent some time online, and did business somewhere else. Thanks for the tip, but maybe next time try to spend some time with a potential customer is my advice. Maybe you will sell more cars that way?

  This post is for record and future reference for other customers, because what happened is unacceptable and something people should be aware of before servicing their vehicle here. Today, when I started my vehicle, I immediately heard an unusual noise coming from the engine. After opening the hood to inspect it, I discovered that the engine oil cap had been left off and was resting on top of the radiator, with engine oil spilled throughout the engine bay and over the top of the engine. I returned the vehicle to the service department right away. While they did apologize and acknowledged that this was a human error, the situation itself is extremely concerning. This is a brand-new 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander with only 20,000 miles, purchased new. The main reason I service my vehicle at the dealership is to protect the factory warranty and ensure professional work—yet this mistake shows a serious lack of attention to detail. The attempt to clean the engine afterward was poorly done and did not meet the standard expected after causing this level of contamination. If a shop makes a mistake of this magnitude, the least they can do is ensure the cleanup is handled properly by someone who actually specializes in engine cleaning and detailing. I am requesting a full professional engine detail performed by a qualified detailing specialist, not a rushed cleanup by the service department. Additionally, if any future engine issues, sensor failures, or damage occur as a result of this oil spill, the responsibility lies solely with this service department. This experience has significantly affected my trust in dealership service quality, and I strongly encourage other customers to double-check their vehicles after service.

  Bought a Toyota RAV4 from Toyota Schaumburg, and had a smooth, straightforward experience. Irfan was professional, clear, and easy to work with from start to finish. The out-the-door price was explained upfront and honored, with no surprise fees or last-minute changes. They did offer their own financing, but when I chose to go with Navy Federal, it was respected without any pressure, which I appreciated. Overall, a no-BS transaction with good communication and transparency. I’d recommend Irfan and Toyota Schaumburg to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

  I have nothing but praise for this dealership. They were honest, with quality used cars. I regret hindsight for not going with them due to my Costco membership who work with the shysters at Elgin Toyota. I have had nothing but continued problems with them ever since. The manager at Schaumburg was informative and courteous even after my purchase elsewhere. Amazing
