- ACAmanda Collins4 days ago1.0Seen a car on fb ad. Everything seemed legit. No mention of really anything majorly wrong with it. Drive almost 2 hrs there and BAM reality. Driver's side front has a huge rust hole with some type of insulation coming out. Crawl up under it and frame was also peeling from rust. So we look at another. Nice looking car inside and out. Ask why the engine light is on. We get some kind of answer about shocks then the man just walked off. Waited for a good little while we thought maybe he was going to find out what was really the issue with the engine light. We were wrong. I wish the sales manager would have stayed and helped instead of this gentleman because he really didnt have a clue or a care. Kind of a shame cause if we knew exactly why it was on he could have made a sale. Would not recommend nor go back.

- DLDayna LloydSep 12, 20252.0I purchased a car through ed morse at the end of April I truly do love my car.I wish I would i've been able to purchase it through Justin. I ended up getting the old finance manager Caleb. I specifically said when I wanted to purchase the car I wanted to go through my local bank I was told that the bank i wanted to to finance through offered a higher interest rate than the one that they offered. come to find out. My bank offered 3% lower than what they said. So of course, I was upset about that so I reached out to Caleb to have him cancel my extended warranty and my gap insurance. So I could refinance through my bank and I have been getting the run around since then. Turns out caleb never submitted the cancelation paperwork, so here I am almost 5 months later. Still paying a higher interest rate. Because I cannot figure out why corporate will not remove that warranty. They also put out flyers in my local community about offering discounts they said that I was able to get about a $1000 deducted off of my purchase price. Because I worked for a specific company in my local area. When I got my finance paperwork, they never took that amount off. So far my experience with them Has not been the best. Make sure you double check all of your paperwork and get your pre approval before you go and buy a car there.
