    I was in the process of closing on a new house in Louisville, Kentucky and got rear-ended by some lady in town. The folks at D’s pulled out all the stops and managed to get my car done in two weeks (a week and a half ahead of schedule), so I wouldn’t have to make a return trip to Peoria to pick up the car. They were communicative, friendly, and very helpful. It’s not often that you feel like a business really cares about you as person. These guys did.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ D’s Auto Body was fantastic to work with! They were incredibly communicative through the whole process and genuinely invested in getting my car back to me as quickly as possible, even while dealing with some insurance delays that were out of their control. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants both quality work and honest customer service. Michael was awesome to work with and I appreciate the communication throughout this process. Michael made sure that everything was correct for my vehicle. Thank you Michael.

    While in the end D’s went above and beyond to correct our concerns, the process was challenging. I felt like my concerns weren’t initially taken seriously, as the GM was defensive when I questioned the quality of the work. I had to bring it back and D’s did indeed fix the bumper, as it had not been installed correctly. We arranged for after hours pickup, and the car had a dead battery just an hour after they claim to have driven the vehicle. The battery was reinstalled despite going bad while with them. They did correct this by installing a brand new battery at no cost. But you get it, right? When they say your car is done, the last thing you expect is to pick it up and have to jump it, then find out they reinstalled a bad battery, then find out the work wasn’t completed correctly, then wait another 4 days before it’s actually ready. Overall a poor experience, despite the work eventually being satisfactory and the GM addressing all my issues and going above and beyond. If asked if I’d recommend, I’d tell this story. And let them decide.
