- DMdan mariDec 15, 20251.0I have a premium car and when I leave the car wash. It's like I drove my car through grease because of all the armoral tire shine on their brushes. That cleaned my wheels. I've called corporate several times talked to the manager on university. The only explanation they can give me is don't pay to have your wheel shined. Well, I took that off and it's the same thing. I spend more time cleaning my wheels from all the grease. At this wash puts on than actually cleaning it. I told them they need to clean and degree their wheel. Shine brush. They assure me they do, but it took several months when the club car wash on university was new before that started.So it's a buildup, they have staff, but they have poor management or corporate

Paid for an MVP but when I went through the only lights flashing were for "elite" which was the next level down wash. Came out of the wash and the entire back of the car was still very dirty. Red Carpet on the same street does a much better job for the money
