When I dropped my car off for the first time the car was still drivable. I was literally driving it for a week before, I went on vacation came back to get my car and my driveshaft was broken!!! It had nothing to do with the wreck at all. All of the bolts were backing out. When I called Dorman they said that doesn’t just happen. It has to be under extreme heat or extreme pressure. I work on my own cars and own a 5.0 also. I would have totaled this car out but they said they could fix it and did the most ghetto job ever. Still waiting for the owner to get ahold of me. I don’t want to talk to the shop people they are all rude and suck at their jobs. This place does not deserve a 4.5 star rating. This does not include the parts that were missing and how dirty they left my car after the driveshaft incident. Me and my family and everyone I know will know why not to come here. I’m still not satisfied and still finding problems with the car. These are suppose to be oem parts but why are there patch marks?? All of these are different times I’ve had to get my car being told it was done.

II swear, it looks looks better than when I picked it up from the dealership. They buffed out scratches in addition to the repairs and it looks great! It was completed by Oct. 17th. They very nicely detailed the car making it appear new again. I am very pleased with all the work they did on our car. I would highly recommend this dealership if you need body work done.
