My husband and I recently bought a Toyota RAV4 and we’re super happy with it! Victor Trujillo and Michael Delaney were very helpful. They answered all our questions and gave us different options to fit our budget. Most of our interaction was over email and text since we don’t live close to their location. When all the paperwork was ready all we had to do was show up, sign, and we were out the door with a new car! As always, best experience ever!

This afternoon I called Bredemann Toyota schedule service for my Toyota Camry 2012 oil Change for 445 pm I checked in at service door 440 pm the Mr Grant in light brown jacket ask me to leave the car and go inside I follow his instruction and was standing inside the door by counter more than 15-25 minutes watching all employees including Assistant Manager Bri Berrio she passed me so many times never ask single time for can I help you finally they move my car I thought they linen up my car for service now I went inside the waiting area around 619 pm after 2 hours 30 minutes Assistant Manager Bri Berrio call on my cellphone Sir we don’t know anything about your car what kind service you need I think she is unprofessional and not really trained for Management because when I came I told the Mr Grant Oil Change also when I called early I book an appointment for oil change it was in the system and they can see clearly through the glasses how she is going to care the whole service department it is a question mark for Management

Whatever happened after this I ask Assistant Manager Bro Berrio I already spent 3 hrs here please can you just give me early morning appointment so I don’t need to worry about the service she refused like I say I don’t have words what to say

I called ahead to ask if they could lightly top off the coolant on my Prius. Once I arrived, they refused and told me I would need to purchase an entire bottle of coolant just for a minor top-off. I did not need a full bottle, and this should have been communicated before I came in. This was a waste of my time, and the service manager, Mike, handled the situation unprofessionally.

Michael Sinacola was great to work with at Bredemann. We had a million questions about different vehicle types and options over the course of a few weeks before ordering, and he was always so patient. After ordering, he was always reachable by cell or office phone about updates regarding the delivery of our vehicle. He gave zero pressure and was upfront throughout the entire process. We appreciated working with him.

I have bought a couple of Camrys from them in the past and was very pleased with the process. This time, I was given a good price for the XL that I wanted, but unfortunately, I had to wait until Toyota built it for me. I was referred to Carmax to get a better appraisal value on my vehicle and it was significantly more than the dealership. I was glad that they told me about Carmax. My salesman, is associate and Arnie the manager, All did their very best for me. The quality of Toyota vehicles speaks for itself. I am happy with the car that I have, I just need to learn all the new technology this part of it.
