- JAJel AngelicaOct 18, 20251.0Don’t park in their facilities. When they overcharge you, their “customer support” phone number will send you into a run around for your money. Got charged for 8 hours for spending 15 minutes in a location. Don’t recommend their customer service agents. Super unprofessional and “apologize” with no concern for your money. Representatives, Sheena and Gayus, would lie to me there was no supervisor, only for me to get disgruntled and speak to supervisor, Jamie. They have no concern for the facility taking money from their customers incorrectly. Also, their “escalation team,” who was admitted by Gayus to be on site, did not want to speak to a customer who needed their support “escalated” after being apologized and given no solution to getting my money back.
