- BABrianna AlexanderOct 9, 20251.0I bought my car from this dealer and not only did I just realize the additional warranty I bought for certified pre-owned Tiguan was supposed to be 85000 additional miles, but it turns out it will only cover the car up until it reaches 85000 miles. Which the sales person and warranty person never said or I would’ve never agreed to buy it. Then I brought the car in twice for issues under warranty after only having it a year!! And it’s only at 50000. I bought it at 35000 miles. The 2nd time I brought it to them this last week, they were supposed to fix the automatic window function and door switch. They had my car 4 days and told me I could come pick up and pay deductible. It is 2 days later and door switch does NOT work!
