I have a new truck with no non-typical curves or cuts anywhere on the vehicle and my tailgate seems to always leave still covered in dust. Every time I come here I get dangerously close to hitting the car in front of me every time I exit. The attendants just pack cars in several feet from each other and the conveyor does not stop if the car at the front doesn’t start moving. The only available preventative measure is a sign near the end of the car wash that tells you to honk if the car at the end stops. I’d bet money that they have an indemnity clause that doesn’t allow them to be responsible for their bad engineering. My recommendation would be to find another car wash location if you are concerned about your car being fully cleaned or don’t want to bump into the car in front of you.

I wish I tried them earlier! The only thing that would have made it better was if another customer wasn't blaring their base.

The last one they withdrew four days EARLY preventing me from cancelling before they too $40 out of my account! Wouldn't issue a refund. Went through their website to cancel....well guess who tried withdrawing another $40 today!? Good thing I didn't have any money in my account! The BBB score is horrendous because of this very reason. Good carwash, nice attendence, shit business. Only go here if you want your membership literally forever.
- JHJ David HillerySep 25, 20254.0Fist time at Club Car Wash and it's a newer location outside of Saint Louis in the O'Fallon area. The exterior has a clean look and the landscaping gorgeous! Spent $20 on a mid tier package and was impressed. Prior to entering the tube there was some prep. After the was there is self serve vacuums and compressor guns to remove drops from glass. The area was clean. Everything worked well. My only negative was the aisle was self serve vacuum area is narrow. Be careful backing out. I would return if lived in the area. For $20 it was a quality wash.
